|
At
the 2004 NRHA Futurity in Oklahoma City, Troy Heikes
made it back to the finals on all 3 of his horses, earning over
$30,000:
- In
It For The Chics-10th place
Owned by Linda Hamilton
- Vintage
Boots-16/17 place
Owned by Darlyne Woodward
- Malt
Whizkey-28th place
Owned by Sally Brown
A big
congratulations also goes out to non pro Lisa Cover on
winning the Non Pro Futurity Reserve Championship riding Mr
Chocoholic!

Canadian Reining Breeders Classic |

At the CRBC in Winnipeg, Troy Heikes won the Open Futurity
on Malt Whizkey (Topsail Whiz x Jacs Maple Sugar), winning
$10,000. Troy was also 3rd in the Open Derby on Jacs
Electric Spark. Jacs Electric Spark now has lifetime NRHA
earnings of $85,000+.
In the Open Class, Troy rode Hello Starshine to a Reserve Championship,
and his assistant Alessandro Frassa was Reserve Champion in
the Limited Open class on Little Dual Dunnit. |

Troy Heikes won the Open Futurity on In It For The Chics,
a gelding owned by Bob Hamilton.
Congrats
also to Trisha Hamilton, who was Reserve Champion in the
Limited Open futurity on Toosexyformyspot.
Troy
Heikes also rode Vintage Boots (Master Boot Jac x Vintage
Badger) to a 3rd place finish in the Open Futurity with a score
of 146 for owner Darlyne Woodward.
Congrats
also to Darlyne on winning the Novice Horse Non Pro class
on her gelding, Double D Boot Jac, sired by Master Boot Jac.
Congratulations
also to Lisa Cover on riding her 3 year old Mr. Chocaholic
(Chocolate Chic Olena x Lady Bee Great) to the Reserve Championship
in the Non Pro Futurity.

At
the Tulsa Classic, Troy Heikes rode Malt Whizkey, a stud owned by
Sally Brown by Topsail Whiz and out of Jacs Maple Sugar, to 4th
in the Open Futurity.
Troy
also was Reserve in the Novice Horse class on Hello Starshine, a
4 year old mare that is a full sister to Jacs
Electric Spark.

to the Stallion Stakes Open Futurity Co-Championship, and also 4th
overall in the Open Futurity. Altogether, Vintage Boots won over $7,700
for owner Darlyne Woodward. |

Altogether, they earned over $15,000 during the show, bringing this

Electric Spark is owned by Sally Brown and Troy Heikes, and stands
at Heikes Quarter Horses.

also to Non Pro Lisa Cover who rode her stallion, Just
Gotta Shine, to the Reserve Non Pro Derby Championship and $8,346.

Electric Spark to a tie 8/10 place finish out of over 140
entries. They also marked a 223 in the first go to place 3/4. Altogether,
they earned over $26,000 during the show, bringing this talented
stallion's LTE to over $63,000. Jacs
Electric Spark is owned by Sally Brown and Troy Heikes, and stands
at Heikes Quarter Horses.
Non
Pro Lisa Cover also had an outstanding NRBC show. She rode
her nice stallion Just Gotta Shine to the Reserve Non Pro
