At the NRHA Futurity, Troy made the Open Futurity Finals on Sally Brown's nice mare, Hello Starshine (Shining Spark x Miss Hello Hollywood). In the finals, they ended up tied for 16th place, winning over $9,000.

Troy also rode Peter Phinney's horse, Northern Exposure, to a 3rd place finish in the Novice Horse Open for $349.

At the CRBC in Winnipeg, Canada, Troy Heikes was the Reserve Futurity Champion riding Hello Starshine (Shining Spark x Miss Hello Hollywood). This nice mare is owned by Sally W. Brown.

Troy also rode Jacs Electric Spark to a 3rd place finish in the CRBC Derby, and was 6th on Just Gotta Shine, owned by Lisa Cover. All in all, Troy earned over $13,000 at the CRBC.

Troy rides Darlyne Woodward's nice gelding, Master Boot Maker, to win the Summer Slide Stallion Stakes Derby and over $1,500. Master Boot Maker is sired by Master Boot Jac.

Troy also makes the Open Futurity Finals riding Chino Whiz, and ties for 15th place.

Troy and Jacs Electric Spark make the Open Derby Finals, and finish 19/20 out of over 200 entries.

Lisa Cover and Just Gotta Shine mark a 220 to take 2nd in the first go of the Non Pro Derby, and finish 19th out of 145 entries in the finals.

Troy Heikes and Jacs Electric Spark mark a 222 1/2 to make the Open NRBC Classic Finals, and finish 18th out of 120 horses, to earn $4,775.57.

Congratulations also to Non Pro rider Lisa Cover, who rode Just Gotta Shine to 13th in the Non Pro finals, and 7th in the Intermediate Non Pro finals, earning over $4,400.
